  Only plumbers I contacted that actually seemed to care that we had a leak coming from the basement ceiling, and showed up as fast as possible instead of "between 10-2 tomorrow". Cole was even earlier than promised, and was professional, quick and cleaned up after himself (a small thing but so appreciated). Would definitely recommend.

  Never go with this company. We bought a house in Timberlands. Within 5 months the main incomer line broken in pieces and had a flood. Luckily we were at home and found the defect. Informed the builder. He sent the plumber from this company. He came and made the leak worst broken the joint in pieces. The City had to come to close the main valve. It was very difficult to deal with this company. The water heater installed by them produces abnormal noises. When I requested to look into the matter, some one responded to the email asking me to pay for the inspection and came up with a conclusion that the noise is due to Calcium deposits inside the water tank. In their response they said the water tank is Old. How come a new home is installed with an Old water heater? This company is not professional. Not helpful at all. The entire plumbing in my home done by this company has got issues. Never trust them.
