  We had our radiator pipe break around 1am with black water coming out into the living room. Shawn was very quick to arrive allowing for no water damage to be caused as a result. He was very knowledgeable and courteous with the entire service. Everything was fixed, double checked, put back and cleaned up within approx. 30 min. Excellent service! Would highly recommend.

  Awesome customer service and impressive professionalism. Highly recommend. On one of the coldest nights of the year our furnace went out around midnight. After contacting Express I spoke with Casey. Instead of simply taking the address and making an after hours service call he took the time to walk me through a few things over the phone to troubleshoot first and I was able to get it running again. Casey's professionalism and excellent customer service saved us an expensive after hours service call and a lot of time. Very impressed, will definitely use Express again.
