  No acule work was done and very poor office personnel to deal with. They never asked what kind of boiler. Even stating a a boiler is a boiler. They do not know the difference in qualified people. Check to make sure they send what you need, and be specific on what you need or you might just get a bill you did not need.

  Last time I used these guys for installing new pilot lamp units for our two water tanks as well as installing a hot water pressure relief/overflow tank and my mistake was that I got a verbal estimate and not one in writing. I paid dearly for my mistake as the total was double my estimate.

  To me that's unethical and as such I will not use or recommend these guys ever again. I'm actually surprised they're still in business.

  not good for business to deal with. requested someone to work on our boiler system. The said the had someone qualified for the job, and set him out. Found out he is not qualified to work on a boiler steam system. only water. After talking with another person on the phone they said we are still getting billed for their driver to come out and one hour labour a minimum.

  My service call with Arrow was great. I spent my morning on the phone with other companies who didn't know their own industry and had no or very limited product knowledge. Some even lacked in customer service skills. If that was not bad enough one company went as far to quote me more than $200.00 than the part was worth which I had already priced myself at Frontier. Arrow Plumbing before they knew of this scenario informed me to check my manufacturer warranty as my house was new. If the part to my water tank was found to be covered they would not get the work. That was honest.They also gave me tips on what to look for. At the end they didn't push the sale rather they said if you need us let us know. Great service! I talked to many companies that morning and Arrow was a game changer.
