  No elevators to second floor. Moldy muffins and rotten fruit for "continental breakfast" with STRONG coffee with grounds in it. HARD beds. Lobby smells like smoke. No phone in room. No way to adjust temperature and it WAS HOT! Half the channels on the T.V. did not work. The water out of the faucet tasted like metal, undrinkable.

  When I walked out of the room and inquired of the maid what was going on... she offered no apology and said, "well... I have to bring our stuff up!"

  Clean rooms, lots of parking nice pool but havent yet gone for dip, prices about avarge fot the area, only downside not any smoking rooms so could be bad on wet cold days

  Place was great. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Room was big and comfortable. In overall great experience. Highly recommended..

  i WOULD NOT WISH THIS ON MY WORST ENEMY! THE MOST HELLISH PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN A VERY, VERY, VERY LONG TIME. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK!!! IT WOULD BE BETTER TO SLEEP IN YOUR CAR ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. DISGUSTING!!!

  If you stay ANYWHERE near the "storage area," be prepared to be woken early with their dumb waiter that is so loud it sounds like a commercial impact drill in your room, so loud in fact, that when it wakes you and you shout at the top of your lungs (because it scares the _____ out of you) "what the _______?? " you can't even hear yourself shouting.....

  The manager didn't apologize either when I brought it up to him, or offer to adjust the rate in the least... They don't give a ________ about their customers... that's obvious enough.

  So i rarely write reviews but i figured why not. I called to reserve a room for one night and before i was asked anything by the manager she or he (they didnt say a name) had the audacity to ask if i was going to break or damage theyre property. I was rudely told that because i lived in red deer they couldnt reserve a room because people have broken numerous things. I was extremely offended and they offered no apoligy othe than "ill trust ya this time". Will never give them my money.

  The what I believe to be is the owner is a delight. Always happy and and friendly even though she is working 24/7. The rooms are really nice and clean for the price! We will continuing staying here.
