    I have had my wedding band for 13 years and the weld had cracked and split. I contacted the store and they told me it was normal wear and tear and that they would not do anything about it. When I enquired about the artist that made the ring they sold me they said he was no longer around and that, they would gladly sell me a new ring to replace the one that split. After a quick google search of my own I found the designer, and contacted him myself. He informed me that he had a lifetime warranty on his work and would gladly repair or replace the ring if needed. The fact that they wouldn't even approach him, or assist me in contacting him goes to show the level of follow up attention they give to their past clients.
