  I have been been very happy with my experience with Western Financial. My broker Amy Sissons has been very helpful through the years and has helped me with all my needs from auto, home, and travel insurance. Amy was able to find me the best rates and help with my transition from previous insurance to my new company with ease. Last week I also needed a quote for last minute travel insurance and I had it back within 24 hours!! I highly recommend them! ☺

  I have been dealing with Western financail for all my insurance, (business, home, farm and vehicles). There service and caring staff/ has kept me their for over 18 years and I will continue to use their great service.

  My husband and I were pleasantly suprized. At first we were both put off with the bad reviews but decided to give it a try because it was one of the few insurance places open on Saturdays. The woman who started our policy had good customer service and was friendly. We have been with 3 diffrent insurance company's in red deer and this was by far the most benefital cost wise. I would recommend this insurance to friends and family without a doubt.

  Terrible Service!!! It took 2 3/4 MONTHS to remove a vehicle from our policy. They blamed it on Wawanesa but it is their job to make sure the changes are made correctly! Every time you call you have to speak with someone new and most times you get voicemail. Keep looking for other brokers, you don't need their hassles!
