  I asked procom to provide a farm policy and auto quote along with 2 other companies. Procom responded the fastest and there quote was even cheaper than my current provider, so I ended up giving them a shot. Its only been a few months into and so far the service has been great.

  I called for a yearly quote had cash in hand. Talked to someone on the phone earlier and 5 days later still haven't heard back. I ended up going thru someone else. The lady on the phone was rude and asked why I don't just continue with the insurance we had apparently she did not want new business. I even called instead of filling out a silly online request so that I could get a real quote an not waste anyone's time. If you guys aren't wanting new business you should tell people instead of taking there info

  Dont get insurance through procom if you think it is going to be a hassle for them because that is what i was told. I will hladly take my business somewhere else. Unprofessional
