    Great gym, great community. Clean and well organized.

    Knowledgeable straight forward trainers and a clean facility, but i find it hard to get them to go above and beyond. Not much for encouragement during a wod. Mostly negative feedback. they don't generally try to learn your name let alone anything about you. They never teach mobility or even mention it. And they do handstand walks every class, every day. Child care is frustrating to as they won't allow your kids on the main floor where you can keep an eye on them, 5$ per child if they happen to have someone available to watch the kiddies upstairs. Sorry but i haven't had a great experience here over all and i really did try to.

    Great atmosphere! The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. The community is awesome and really welcoming. The gym is also spotless which is really nice.
