  Bought an car amp from here which was a little bit underpowered. Before they let me bring it in they got one of their technicians to look at it. In the process he arced the power cable which blew my subwoofer and tried to blame it on my tuning. Now I’m out of a sub and still need a new amp. I would not recommend doing business with them as they didn’t even bother to make my situation a little bit better.

  Went in boxing day to buy a new deck that was 50% off, but they would not sell me the one I wanted as they said it had problems, but after looking online it was one of the most recommended for my price range. They pointed me towards another deck and after checking online the price posted was over $150 more. Then they steered me to buy an amp for more power instead. Sold me the amp for $298 but it was posted online and in flyer for $254. Visions just lost a loyal customer. Biggest scam I've seen in a long time.

  Second is that they essentially didn't care about the inconvienience they caused. I will not be buying anything that requires installation from them if they can't even figure out what I need in the first place.

  So I purchased a remote car starter and was told that I would have to get a new key cut in order to have the starter installed. I was also told that if the key was too expensive to cut I could exchange the starter for a model that only required one key.

  Amazing customer service! Went on Black Friday and was still given customer service and not just ignored because of the rush. And none of the sales people were too pushy either. 10/10 would recommend

  Car audio side of this place is hands down the best place in alberta to get any audio or starter installed. These guys know 12 volt like no other!! They have installed my last 3 starters and will be getting every vehicle in the future.

  I'm upset with a couple things. First is that the salesman's incompetence wasted a fair amount of my time.

  I ended up wanting the single key option and exchanged the remote starters. I then found out on the installation date that the model of vehicle I have requires two keys regardless.
