  Just got off 24 min on the phone with the customer service person at this branch near the end of the day. She was just plain excellent: polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She stayed focused on the problem I was trying to solve (comparing tablet data plans while I have a loyalty plan from a different network) and was clearly competent enough to solve the problem a number of different ways. Her first priority was to find a way to help me get my needs met, not to sell me a subscription I didn't need. Some of the solutions she made me aware of had nothing to do with purchasing something from Bell.

  Went in to take over the contract for a Pixel XL. It was a bit of a complicated transaction due to all the things we wanted to do, but the customer service rep was very patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She made the experience very easy and we got everything we wanted.
