  And no one is personalable! My poor 2 yr old had an appointment because he was sick and had to wait an hour so now I have a pissy toddler who doesn't want to cooperate like he would've 30 mins before! I don't like wasting doctors time but no matter the circumstances, you're wasting all the nurses' time.

  Have been through two pregnancies and multiple other personal issues and I can tell you I have had an amazing experience with all the doctors and staff at Piper Creek. Dr. Philpot is our family doctor and she always listens and is great with our family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

  The only reason I go here is for my Family Doctor. Other than that I do NOT recommend this place.

  Good Luck trying to book an appointment over the phone. I always have to try 2-3 times before one of the 4 people on staff answer it!

  Bad treatment by everyone in that clinic. Lack of professionalism. When arrived, heard nurse telling Peter Ma: "you have another victim". That tells you everything about how they treat patients. And that is the clinic immigration Canada send you for the medical exam. Can you imagine arriving to this country, trying to learn how to better communicate in Alberta, and having to face this?! Better go to Edmonton or Calgary. They make you feel all the time they're doing you a big favor! Then their fees are not cheap. Completely rude!

  The nurses are rude, impatient, unfriendly, and short. I swear they make people wait to see how pissed off they can make you. Why book an appointment when you have to wait 45 mins afterwards?!

  (Ashley Maidment)I love being able to go to this clinic I started going when years ago when they were downtown and still when they moved to the new location. After a few years I ended up going through so rough roads in life and stopped seeing my doctor. Dr. Moffat. A few years later I booked an appt. and all was well. I was in, no concerns except for me and my well being. I can book with any other Doc. when mine is away, bc I hate going to any random walk in.
