    Returned a catalogue item. Even though Bay Days was on, the shoe department were very helpful and patient midst almost overwhelmed by customers. Great customer service.

    I am so disappointed about my experience in the bay. The staff was terrible. Keep it up and The Bay will be closing next.

    A little pricey but you get what you pay for. All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

    I had something I wanted to return and had a emailed receipt and the tags attached and the utterly incompetent staff could not help at and didn't offer a manager. I am disappointed and am not shocked that these over priced department stores are going under.

    The staff was great. Friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They probably could have benefited from another sales person.
