  Great selection of products half the price compared to other stores. Products are arranged and organized well. Most of the prices are affordable and some aren’t. Their price tagging needs a lot of improvement. I bought a curtain which on the price tag reads $10. However, when I got to the till to check out, the lady punched in the item. I was surprise I was being charged $20. I explained to the lady that it’s $10 on the price tag. And she goes “Oh, that’s only for selected curtains, not this one. I will get somebody to change it”. I hope they will change it so they’re not screwing their customers. Other than that, this is a good store to shop in.

  This is the cleanest, friendliest, most organized Giant Tiger I've ever been to. Honestly, the staff were nothing but helpful; all the shelves were super clean and organized, including the food section; and it was very tidy. Will definitely be visiting again.

  Very poor customer service. Wanted to try clothing on and you need to ring bell for employee to come open locked changing room doors. I rang the bell 5 times, waiting 3 minutes in between rings Ended up leaving as I never did have someone come to open the doors. Need to have a more reliant system or staffing available if you are keeping the change room doors locked. Left and went to Mark's and walked right into an open change room, easy and customer friendly.
