  I was frustrated as a child, having crooked teeth and an unsatisfying smile in my mind. I had braces as a child with the previous owner of this orthodontics practice and my experience was definitely never forgotten... I thought by the end of my treatment I’d have a smile I could be proud of, but I was wrong. I was told that I needed a second set of braces... years went by and I had not thought anout continuing my orthodontics in years... I was starting to get headaches and I was unable to play my saxophones anymore so I decided it was time to see what could be done... I went to see Dr. Chiba and his staff, instantly I was welcomed with an excited group and people who genuinely cared to help me. With my new smile I have gone through top and bottom jaw surgery twice, a bunch of different types of wires, elastics, bad tasting molds, X-rays and so many other things, but not once would I trade any of what I had to go through for the smile I got t the end of it. I’ve never Smiled so big in my life! I feel confident! I feel bold! And I feel excited to talk to people again. I thank you Red deer Orthodontics, you gave me a new look on life. I can’t thank you enough.

  I have put two kids through braces with Red Deer Ortho and will most definitely be using them for the next two kids! This place is so great, they understand everyone isn't rich, they direct bill and have fantastic financing options.

  I came to Red Deer Ortho for a second opinion on the recommended treatment for my jaw correction which was a lower jaw surgery to bring the jaw back in line with my upper jaw. Dr. Cheba recommended an upper jaw surgery to bring it forward to line up with my lower jaw.

  He talked me and my parents through the procedure that he recommended and told us exactly what to expect before the surgery and after; everything from potential nerve damage to the length of time my braces would have to stay on to stabilize my jaw.
