  I've found Eastside Auto Service to be very friendly, professional and competent. They make recommendations for required work but are not pushy. I've been very pleased with their repairs, customer service and communication. We will continue to rely on their expertise for our family's vehicles.

  Scam artists, never going to service any other vehicles there, charge twice as much as any other NAPA in the city. MEchanics had me change parts that were brand new and told me they were old and broken.

  I bet if I looked like Danielle id get a free ride and friendly service too. I phoned to ask if they had a specialized p/s fluid I can not find anywhere. I was treated with haste and felt like an idiot for asking a question. all in all based on a 20 second phone call I would not bring my car here.

  I will not be taking my vehicles to this shop or recommending this shop to anyone. My best friend first took his lifted Jeep Cherokee to this shop to have some issues looked at. They had done a wheel alignment which requires them to remove the pitman arm. When he got it back, there was a noise still coming from the Jeep when you turned the steering wheel. They said they tried to figure it out but could not. It turned out to be a loose nut that holds the pitman arm on! This is a crucial part that could have fallen off at any time and caused an accident!!! When I took my Jeep in to have a diagnosis done, they took off the cap to my power steering reservoir and tucked it under the rad hose. I did not find this until a few weeks later when checking my oil. By then I had developed a severe power steering leak. When I took it back to them in tears I was told the only thing they would do is look at it free of charge. I cannot afford to fix the issue and am forced to sell my Jeep. Nothing like having a shop call you a liar to make your day. This shop was better before Josh started working there.
