  While on holidays I noticed a minor issue with my van. I called and they said they'd have a look. Though not strictly a repair shop, Blake addressed the problem properly in seconds. It might have been easy, but he was courteous and respectful. One of the best customer-service experiences. Worth your business.

  Phenomenal, professional service. From first contact with office staff to the estimate and completion of repairs the whole process moved quickly. Work was completed as estimated and on time. This was an insurance claim as a result of the recent wind storm in Red Deer. There was little for me to do other than drop vehicle off and pick it up when finished. They looked after all the paperwork, promptly answered my numerous phone call questions and offered to have a rental vehicle waiting for me.

  I had a large job done on my truck and had to go back for some warranty work. In both cases I received a lot of wonderful customer service. And to ask for warranty work was painless, and they did a great job of fixing up what wasn’t quite right. They actually went beyond in both instances. I’m impressed.

  Brought my vehicle in a year ago for a small rust repair. Since I used to do body work, I know that when you do a repair like this it is sanded down well beyond the actual repair site and the repair site ends up being 3-4 times larger than the size of actual area needing to be repaired or cut out. 1 year later, 5 inches away from the site of the repair , the paint is bubbling out again due to rust. FIX Auto was hired to FIX the rust in this location and obviously did not fix it or I wouldn't see it return so soon only inches away from the previously repaired section. This leads me to believe that either the repairman saw the rust when he opened it up and didn't bother to notify anyone of it or the repairman was not trained well enough to recognize that the repair should have been extended another few inches so that the customer could avoid the situation that I currently am in. FIX auto says they won't warranty rust. To me, this means they wont warranty their work since this was the job they were hired to do in the first place. I also did not appreciate the driver who picked me up from work giving me all kinds of grief about making him wait. I specifically said I would be ready for pick up at 4:30. He comes at 4:20 , I came out at 4:28 and he gives me the third degree about why I should have gotten off work early and shouldn't have kept him waiting!!! Really!? Sorry Fix Auto but I am disappointed this time around after a very good experience the first time. Your customer service and warranty program could use some work.
