  After getting nowhere on negotiations at a Subaru dealership in Edmonton, I contacted Scott Subaru in Red Deer. Ryan King answered the call and was very professional and easy to deal with. After a few emails back and forth, I was able to get the deal I wanted for a 2018 Forester. Ryan was very helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. When I sold my previous car before the new Forester came in, Scott Subaru drove a courtesy vehicle all the way from Red Deer to my Edmonton Office. I was able to enjoy the courtesy vehicle for an entire week until my Forester came in. Also, Carmen on the finance team was very helpful and able to assist us very quickly and efficiently on the paperwork. Overall, I was blown away by the elite level of service that Scott Subaru provided, and I have never experienced a dealership as great as this one. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle. There is no reason for anyone in Alberta (and even further away) to get a Subaru from any other dealership - you will save a couple thousand dollars at least and receive the best service a dealership can provide.

  I first met my salesman Clay one evening after a less than optimal experience at another car dealership in Red Deer, he took us on a test drive and I knew then that I wanted to buy my Forester from him. He was never pushy, never phoned to bug me at work (like the other dealers!), and just gave me the time to think about what I wanted. He even shared my old car's kijiji ad to help me sell it privately. He is very knowledgeable, sincere, polite..you can tell he loves the brand! He was always prompt in responding to my emails and texts. He gave me an honest and fair price by showing me the actual numbers and was willing to work with me to get me everything I wanted in my Subaru. I emailed other dealers in Edmonton and Calgary and either their price was higher or they could not give me the details I wanted in a timely manner. I love my new Forester, it's one of the best purchases I have ever made. I would highly recommend speaking to Clay at Scott Subaru!

  My wife and I purchased a Subaru Outback in December and couldn't be happier. We had the pleasure of dealing with Adam who made sure we were aware of all the great features and how to utilize them. No pressure sales either which was wonderful. We would highly recommend Scott Subaru to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

  After going to a Subaru dealership in Calgary and being ignored in favour of my partner (even though we had the intention of buying and it was going to be my primary car). We decided to try Scott Subaru. They were helpful right from the start. Offered us a test drive the same day and discussed every aspect of the car with us. When it came time to buying the car they were almost too helpful (Ryan & Carmen)! It was way too easy to buy! We have been nothing but impressed with the customer service and the working of the car (bought a 2018 Outback). Looking forward to dealing with Scott Subaru in the future.

  The vehicle came off of a 3 year lease. Scott Subaru put tremendous effort into making the vehicle look, feel and smell pristine. If I wasn't told it had been a used vehicle, I would have assumed it was brand new. During the test drive, Ryan King (the salesman) had me demonstrate personally the functionality of the full time all wheel drive system. I can truly say I am in the safest vehicle on the market for the price.

  I recently purchased a used 2015 Subaru Outback 2.5i Touring edition. I can honestly say that they provide the best service and value of any of the major dealerships I have visited during my search for a new vehicle. Scott Subaru were not pushy, but informative and laid everything on the table just as it is. I knew exactly what I was purchasing without being hassled into a sale.
