  I had to rate this one star, but in reality the service was very unprofessional. My boyfriend and I went in to get him a perm at 6:30 earlier tonight. We were taken aback by how they treated us. All they did was convince us not to get one and they laughed at us. It was not just the hair stylist, it was all of the ladies who knew my boyfriend was going to get a perm. They saw it as a joke. He ended up just getting a trim but they charged us around $35 even though they didn't even shampoo his hair. Which we thought was included. Very disappointed.

  Great company to work for. I worked in the warehouse at the head office and I really did like it there. The salons to a wonderful job.

  Love them. They will fit my kids in for haircuts. Do fantastic women's styles, cuts and color and they have a great product selection with great prices. Best place in Red Deer

  By far, the best Chatters location on Red Deer. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great product selection, and lots of parking. This is the only Chatters location that isn't in a mall in Red Deer.

  Worst 28 dollars I ever spent on such a simple guys hair cut will never go back again and she boasted about how good and quick she can do a guys haircut
