  Once our orders were placed, we waited approximately 15-20 minutes for our food to arrive. This seemed a little long since we had only ordered appetizers/side items, however we didn't mind the wait since we had much to converse about.

  Nice British style pub, with a nice atmosphere. Went for lunch and it wasn't busy at all. Food was good and the prices reasonable.

  As I mentioned at the start, the food was amazing, I very much enjoyed the meal and dessert we had. However, because of the ridiculous wait times from our server, I cannot say that I, or my girlfriend will ever come back to this restaurant; nor can I say I'd ever recommend the place to friends or family.

  When my butter chicken poutine arrived, I noticed my fries were lukewarm beneath the piping hot butter chicken sauce. The poutine was a little saucy for my liking, but the flavour was excellent and I did enjoy my menu choice overall.

  Arrived with a small group to enjoy a quiet Tuesday evening with only two other tables of guests in the restaurant. The service and atmosphere were pleasant and the food was tasty.

  The menu has a nice variety of items to choose from in each category. The prices are similar to that of most other dine-in restaurants in Red Deer.

  While the food was very good, and reasonably priced, the service was absolutely awful. Upon my girlfriend and I being seated, it took them roughly 7-8 minutes just to get our drink order placed, then another 5 or so to get them and place our meal order. Eventually our food arrive, we finished and our server, whose name I believe was Sara (or Sarah), asked us if we wanted dessert and we did; so we said we'd be a couple of minutes to decide. At this point we started timing how long things were taking, it was about 10 minutes for her to come back. After our dessert we asked for the bill at 6:43 and she did not come back with the bill until 7:05. The restaurant was not busy, it was regularly filled for the time we arrived and left. There is no excuse for a server to take over 20 minutes to bring us a bill.

  Food was great. Atmosphere and devote are great, nice and bright and clean. Beautiful clean washrooms. Only reason it loses a star is because the service is incredibly slow.
